Sampling Timeline & Mold Policies: Standard sample development typically requires 7 to 14 working days, depending on the structural and design complexity of the product.

Please note that if your design requires custom branding or logo tooling, a mold setup fee will be charged. This fee is strictly non-refundable as it covers initial engineering and manufacturing tooling costs.

Mass Production Lead Time: Our standard mass production turnaround is approximately 30 days from final sample approval and deposit receipt. However, please be advised that the definitive delivery schedule is subject to extension depending on the final order quantity and seasonal factory capacity.

Our standard manufacturing infrastructure is optimized for a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) of 500 pieces per design, per colorway. This ensures maximum production efficiency and optimal unit pricing for our clients.

However, we understand the growth needs of emerging brands and dynamic market testing. Therefore, we accommodate lower-quantity orders on a case-by-case basis. Please note that for orders falling below our standard MOQ, the unit price will be adjusted dynamically to account for fixed setup costs and raw material sub-batches.
