What file formats do you accept for design artwork?
We recommend high-resolution vector files such as .AI, .EPS, or .PDF. If you only have rough sketches or image files (.JPEG/.PNG), send them anyway — our graphics team will refine and convert them into production-ready layouts. If you don’t have any artwork, share your concept and our design team will create digital mockups for your approval.
How do I specify the custom color for my product?
Provide the exact Pantone C (PMS) color code. If you’re unsure, send us your vector logo or digital design files and our team will identify the closest industry-standard color match.
What is the sampling and production timeline?
Sample development takes 7–14 working days. Custom logo tooling may incur a non-refundable mold setup fee. Mass production takes approximately 30 days from sample approval and deposit receipt, though final lead times depend on order quantity and factory capacity.
Can I order less than the MOQ?
Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design per colorway. However, we accommodate smaller orders on a case-by-case basis. Note that unit pricing will be adjusted for orders below standard MOQ to account for setup costs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) — typically 30% deposit with balance before shipment — as well as PayPal and Alipay for samples and smaller orders. Always verify banking details on our official PI before making any transfer.
How do you ship finished goods?
We support EXW and FOB trade terms. Depending on volume and urgency, we offer ocean freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, or express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS). We provide a detailed packing list so you can calculate shipping costs accurately.

Share your design ideas, sketches, or samples with quantity, materials, and target date. Get a quote within 24 hours.
Our design team creates artwork for your approval, then develops physical prototypes matching your brand vision.
We send sample photos (or physical samples at cost). Upon approval, we finalize the contract, PI, and deposit.
Production begins at our BSCI & SEDEX certified facility with multi-stage quality control. Mid-production photos available.
After balance payment, we arrange global shipping (FOB, CIF, or DDP) via reliable forwarders.
